  Only given them one start because the system won't allow me to give them zero. Don't have a choice as my fleet provider have an exclusive contract with them to supply tyres. Have used various ATS depots all over the UK and never had a problem but the Riccarton depot in Hurlford has now failed 3 times out of 4 to meet my needs. The only reason they managed once was it was a simple puncture repair. Have been told by this depot no one uses my tyre size (funny because they're standard on Volvo V70's and older E series Mercs) and it could take a couple of weeks to get them. Other depots can get them next day. This time the car was booked in at 09:30 to have two tyres fitted. They had 3 days to get the tyres in to the depot so plenty of time. They still couldn't get it right. Firstly they couldn't find the tyres (thought they may have used them on someone else's car). Then then found them but couldn't put them through the system as due to a screw up they noticed on Friday the system took one of the two tyres as a replacement for the -1 that they had as stock (yes a stock of -1 of a tyre that no one uses). In the end it took 1hour and 25minutes to change two tyres in what should have been a pre-booked slot.
